It was spotless, everyone was friendly attentive and excellent. The rooms were a nice size and elegant, were equipped with romantic touch, a superb view on the garden, for example. The restaurant was modest and my meal was brilliant.

We have stayed at The Originals Relais multiple times and it never disappoints. The Twin bed room is consistently comfortable and the bathroom is modern with a handheld shower. The chateau itself is set in a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for unwinding. We always look forward to enjoying a nice meal at the on-site restaurant, especially on Sunday evenings. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making our stays even more enjoyable.

Quiet location for everything. There was no wi-fi in the rooms. A comfortable place for exploring Bézancourt. No complains at all with the hotel:)))

Lovely bed, elegant room, really good facilities. Amazing and tranquil location in Bezancourt, not far from a castle, tunnel or ferries and Monet's garden. Also, in everything from campsites to chateaux.

Everything was very GOOD, extremely helpful staff, absolutely superb views over the garden. The hotel was peaceful and pretty and in a remote location. It was a fantastic area, a chilled-out base for me. The traditional restaurant was nice, they served good food.

The employees are welcoming and polite. Spacious rooms complete with romantic touch, spare furnishings, the garden. The services are good, including a good pool.

For the price we paid, our stay at Chateau Du Landel, The Originals Relais was excellent value. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom featuring modern amenities. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning grounds and scenic buildings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious meals with a good wine selection at reasonable prices. And how can I forget the cheese board before dessert? We will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem.

Great location for city trip, close to attractions and public transport. Room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. They seemed disinterested in providing assistance and were slow to respond to requests.
